I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were very clean, modern, and comfortable, with a nice view from the balcony. However, there was not enough soap in the room. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff going above and beyond. The location was perfect, close to the beach but away from the noise. The dining experience was good with fresh fruits and local delicacies. Overall, great value for money.
The hotel had a substandard room for the price we paid, even though it was supposed to be a sea view room. It felt below the standard for a 1 or 2-star accommodation. However, the service was exceptional with incredibly thoughtful and kind staff. The location was very good with two pools providing shade, but the sunbeds were not satisfactory. The dining experience had some flaws like raw chicken served, but the Belgian waffles were enjoyable.
